In my current role as a Senior Full Stack Developer and Team Lead, I combine hands-on software development with technical leadership to deliver production-ready web applications. I lead development teams through planning, mentoring, and code reviews while actively contributing to system architecture, implementation, and deployment. I work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and ensure reliable delivery. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, create, develop, and launch robust software solutions. My role encompassed designing front-end website architecture and developing back-end applications to ensure optimal performance and seamless functionality. I consistently maintained application responsiveness and upheld code quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Additionally, I administered servers, email systems, and web hosting to guarantee high performance and reliability. I provided technical support for various systems, websites, and mobile applications, ensuring smooth operations.
